We first came across Phil (AKA Shoreditch Sketcher) drawing on the streets of Shoreditch and immediately we had a rapport with his love for his adopted home of East London.Â
Phil’s unique hand-drawn style of architecture and urban grain fits perfectly with our bespoke approach to property. He loves this area as much as we do!Â
Every client who sells their property with us received an original artwork drawn by Phil and commissioned by us.Â
This gift from us to our valued clients not only serves as a beautiful reminder of the property they have created memories, invested or renovated over the years – all wonderfully encapsulated by a talented, established artist.
Phil’s ‘go-to’, is live drawing on location, capturing the personality of the neighbourhood and building character using ink rather than the obvious medium of photography.Â
