This Victorian warehouse is one of the last unmodernised freeholds in Shoreditch. The days of early East London warehouses being found as original, untouched buildings full of raw character has long gone and become somewhat of a dying breed. Having been lived in by the current owner and bought as total shell some 20 years ago, this rare building has never been seen or on the market since.

Hidden in between Shoreditch High St and Curtain Rd, this 2,000 sq ft (approx.) warehouse is laid out over 3 floors with lateral space on the ground and first floor, 2 double bedrooms and a bathroom with the addition of a roof terrace on the top floor. The core and originality of this building remain intact, from the floorboards, brickwork and loading doors to the façade.
